    Paint or Wrap?

The paint on my E30 sucks lol, it’s been repainted before by the previous owner and it’s in pretty bad condition now. I’m trying to decide on going the repainting route or if I should go for a nice wrap. What should I expect spending on good/decent paint or a wrap? My buddy is doing the work for me so I don’t have to worry about paying a shop but I just wanted some advice on which would be better value or cheaper in the short term cause I have to pay for materials. Also, where can I find good paint or wraps? Thanks!

If you can afford to do either, you'd be nuts to not choose to paint the car. Even a cheap paint job will hold up better over time than a wrap if the person doing it isn't clueless or just doing extremely poor quality work, and good wrap material isn't cheap anyway.

Went with a cheap wrap job on my '98 328i and it's already peeling off at the edges after a year.

I mean it still looks better then the three different colours it was before, but get closer then six feet and it looks rough.

If we had the equivalent of a cheap Macco paintjob here, I would have definitely gone that route.
