Painting rocker panels and bottom of rear valance

Hey, all. I'm new around here. Just picked up an Alpine White 1990 325is. It's in great condition, but some of the black on the rocker panels and the lower part of the rear valance has come off revealing the white underneath. Is there a way for me to paint these using trim paint? Or is this something a pro paint shop needs to handle?

That area doesn't need perfect paint.
You can mask it and use SEM Trim Black.
