wow. just wow. i like sunroofs, but not to the point where i would cut a hole in my roof to try to install one. if i wanted to drive my car when it was nice out and get some sun, i would get a convertible, not hack a sunroof into my own, rare, slick top roof.

The value is about half after you do the sunroof swap. A pristine, non-sunroof E30 is very valuable. After you do the install, even if you do it perfectly, it'll be worth much, much less. (And you'll fuck it up, I guarantee it.)
