        Im running mobile1 10w40 but i also but lucas oil stabilizer it works well for me so far but Im going to do and oil change and I dont know if i should stick to the same or change it. Also does any one have any good suggestion for sparks plugs?

          GTX is my favorite and its quality is wonderful that's why i am using 20w-50 GTX for my car.

              Depend on your driving habit, but NGK ZGR5A works fine.

                      They should be pre-gapped. It does not hurt to check because something might happen during shipping.

                        Castrol 20w-50 in my E34 (m50). Still get some lifter tick after 3k miles or so I change it more frequently.

                        Castrol GTX 10w-40 in the E30 (M42). Seems to do just fine.

                            M50, high miles.
                            20w 50 in the warmer months

                            10w 40 in the colder months

                            Both high mileage oil.

                              but i am going to change to Joe Gibbs 20/50 HOT ROD oil
