                                            I (in PA) was hit by a State Police officer in almost the same way, he admitted blame etc, came to find out that even though he was completely at fault my insurance had to pay my damages, some bs about state vehicle insurance regulations. My agent wasnt surprised at all, his parked car was hit by a snow plow and he was responsible for his own damages. Sucks.
