Good luck, I saw 1 Mtech1 car in Germany, yes..ONE...and the 3 wrecking yards I went to did not have any mtech bmw's (well one t-boned mtech2 that was stripped)
i have freinds there, i emailed one and he went to 3 different yards near frankfurt. Said he saw several mtechs. Otherwise i was just gonna buy one in the uk...

what's so special about touring sideskirts? with an "is" front lip the sideskirts don't look low enough. i wanted to paint mine body color, but I don't think they go down enough to look good

The 333's yes, But there are lots of good 325is's in PE. But we only have 3 E30 M3's and they are pretty much never seen.

Wow, lots of responses, thanks guys :)

To answer one question, rare as in hard to find, sought after, desired, not rare as in not often seen - usually not often seen means its ugly :)

Any of you with rare parts that might consider selling them, PM me.

Thanks again for all the responses, kind of cool to learn about the other countries too, like the 5 lug hubs, and the aluminum fenders, etc.

                    Keep em goin guys :)

4 doors and 2 doors and tourings all have the same rocker panels, the side skirts should be the same.

Well Jeez, I've got some of those "rare" parts and didn't even know they were rare. I have the organizer tray, first aid kit, & warning triangles in the blue box. AND an Alpina E30 footrest. All from the 88 325iS I just bought with 34,600 miles from a fellow that picked it up while he was a GI in Germany in 1988. Also have the 15X7 BBS basketweaves. Alpina footrest I've had for years: never mounted. Everything for sale except the BBS wheels. PM with offers.
