about a year ago, i posted this car (page 171 post 2561)


today i saw it at the junk yard. seems it met a violent and untimely demise. i had the chance to look under it and i have to say its a total rust bucket.

the seats were shit. falling apart. originally black and dyed(poorly) red. it had a nice top but some dick tard cut the rear window out of it.

debating getting this as a project anyone have any input? I don't know a lot about e30's but i'd really like to get one as a project so any words of advice help.

Ever heard, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." This sounds like the epitome of that situation. Definitely a scam.

I see something like that with just one picture... I report it and move on. If he had multiple pics and shots with his license plate, I'd at least call to feel out the situation. But that would a 5 second view the way it was posted culminating in a flag/report action.

Maybe he is a neat freak. I sometimes swab my car to get the dust out of the vent grilles.
