Well, maybe the price is too high for this one? I prefer auctions where you can bid on cars, check this one 2006 BMW M5 5.0L https://abetter.bid/en/29235339-2006-bmw-m5 and current bid is 8,200 USD. Maybe the last bid will be higher but i hope I win this one.

Isn't there some kind of common/known bearing issue with those engines that causes catastrophic failure? Could be a ticking time bomb w/o a proper PPI.

the e60 m5's have the bearings that eat themselves. They need to be replaced like the e90/2 M3s need to have their bearings replaced.

Dash shows Neutral with a warning symbol, I sure hope that isn't SMG failure!

It gets worse gentleman. I have been searching hard and he offered me that very car 1st day of the auction for 18k plus shipping after I asked what he would take. He has to be thrilled I passed! I thanked him but declined. Whoops!

Not bad if you can get it. Probably cost you more than that to get a shit heap e30 into the condition it appears to be in.

Bit hard to use a 30k usd e30 for anything other than a garage queen though. ill take a 5k one anyday that i don't mind beating on.
