I searched. I want to convert from power to manual if thread title was unclear.
Is there a DIY for manual window conversion.

OP - it's pretty straight forward but you'll need to make sure you have matching glass... there were at least two styles of front door glass and they mount differently.Mtech1 v8 build thread - https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/sho...d.php?t=413205

you need to give us more info, how late/early is the car. usually you swap the mechanisms, and if it's a late model you'll need to swap the whole thing with glass and all.Mtech1 v8 build thread - https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/sho...d.php?t=413205

Sorry, 1985 325e, European spec. Canadian car I think. No A/C or power steering from factory. I want to make this car as close to a motor and a chassis as possible while leaving it intact.Comment

Ok, so it should have the early style glass and actuators (cable style). Take door panels off and confirm.Mtech1 v8 build thread - https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/sho...d.php?t=413205

the motors only weigh maybe 1-2lb each, I can't see this being worth the cost/headache...Comment
