I am sure there are a few that have done huge miles but we will never know when engines, gearboxes and diffs outlast speedo gears lol.

stop resetting the trip odometer while you're moving and your ODO gears will last longer. :p

a mere 235k here. Odo gears are still fine. I think later ones may have been a different kind of plastic than earlier ones.

this, resetting ur trip meter while moving busts them brittle plastic gears to peaces.

310,000 miles on the eta, no engine problems of the major variety. replaced the trans at 250,000. dd it at 500 miles a week. only uses a qt of oil every 3,000 and dosen't leek a drop.

Mine are still puppy's, 208k and 188k. Both have working odometers too.

Not a single person in my family owns a vehicle with less miles than my 188k ix. My dads 97' chevy blazer 470k (still runs like a champ), his e39 has 230k, my moms 2002' tahoe has 258k. Regular routine maintenance can make a car last a very long time

I bought it at 273k and I'm on my third M42.

268k, and the odometer has been broken since the day I got my girlfriends car. That's prob the highest I have had.
