Epic. I'm laughing thinking about it!
So many of those nights when you're worn down and just crash.
I feel asleep in my car doing the dash swap.

finished my swap, started the car and then realized that gas was in the oil. Drained the oil, did a bunch of other shit and forgot to put oil back in before giving it a go again. Ran the car for 2 seconds then remembered. I was so mad at myself, but so lucky that i did no serious damage.

I too have fallen asleep under the car. Not while waiting for something to drain, but when lying down whilst overwhelmed with frustration.

geeez, some how not removing the nopples from my plugs and not being able to figure why the wires wont go on seems kind of not thread worthy.

Went to the cinema with two people in the car.One in the back.
When she got out the damn door wouldn't lock.
I decided to take everything apart so I could fix it asap.

I removed the trim panel, armrest and everything just to put
the connection rod between the lock button and the lock itself
back to its place. The small circular rubber holding it in place was
deteriorated and had to be replaced.I spent like 3 hours trying to
fit another I happened to find but in vain.I couldn't fit it no matter
what,so I decided to just leave the damn door locked.

After refitting everything I realized I hadn't actually locked the door
while everything was apart so I had to do it all over again.

I had barely slept the night before and this was done at 11pm and at 104F.

I've only had an e30 for like a month, so my worst was when i was sliding the top of the back seat down while standing on the bottom part, and it wasn't moving so i pushed really hard and the metal thing that the bolt goes into SLAMMED into my left foot, and of course i wasn't wearing shoes.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Let my brother use the lift while I removed the engine from the bottom. He would not lower it and that caused the whole thing to pin my hand.

I was changing injectors and the hood fell on my head. Twice.
I've now learned to always remove the pin on the hood arm so i can open the hood really far and it will stay put.

^ been there. I was putting my inner fenders on and i opened the hood real quick to check something and completely forgot my hood shock was junk and down came the hood right on my head. It broke my nose because it slammed my head againts the strut tower. I ordered a hood shock that night.
