I just counted the aftermarket stuff up and it adds up to 1920 dollars so I guess I'll put it back to stock and turn it in someone will buy it on copart...
So it will be saved. No big deal shit happens. If I were staying in Maryland I would have took the insurance money and fixed it.

well here is the thing about that...
I will have to buy it back for somewhere around 20% of its actual value plus 100 for the salvage title. I don't know the exact number yet but I think it should be around 500-700. I would sell the whole car for whatever that exact number is if someone was serious about buying. The car is a 91 318 so if you wanted to run spec you would need a 325i m20 swap... If anyone is seriously interested and has cash available by early next week I will consider buying it back. I am pulling all the good parts off of it today.

I am NOT parting it out. I want to sell the complete car for 700 with stock suspension or for 1350 with hr races e90 drop hats and billy sports already installed with about 2,500 miles on them max.

I did not have a choice the insurance adjuster valued my car at 2100 and they said it needed 2665 worth of repairs. They would not pay for repairs. Also the car will have a salvage title but in MD you can tag it historic and you will NOT need to get it inspected. I should have the title in a week or two.

Ok, is your car fully insured and why the hell did you let someone else drive your car? No matter what, never let someone unattended drive your car. It's like letting your girl hangout with some guys at a bar, the outcome wont be well.
