Sorry, but if they had tourings here in the states, they would be looked upon as just another wagon. Only reason people go nuts over them is cause they're rare here. Others may like the practicality of them, as a wagon would be used for. But the rest seem to be just fan boys. And the occasional person who likes something different.

because all that stuff is mostly crap. the differences between an is and an i is pretty much just fluff, especially when a lot of those parts will be worn out anyway.

if you want a bone stock E30 - sure. But if you're going to mod it anyway, it makes zero difference.

I bought a 87 4 door shell and replaced just about EVERYTHING but the body and wiring. Does not matter what it started out from factory. Matters what old parts you replace ;)

I really cannot think of something on my car that has not been replaced or modded. I guess it is just a old style body with a shit ton of new parts.

my first e30 was a coupe, and now i own a 4 door. i do love the look of the coupe with the pop out windows and and just a sleek look. i only think 4 door autos r gay.. something about a manual family cars r the shit. i love it when i see manual e39 wagons and the e36 4 door in a manual is just sick because it a power family car. u can drive your family on a road trip. and blast on some hondas when u need to. coupe's are very sporty.

And the "four doors more more whores" is kind of a lame saying. If you're into those type of women, then thats your thing... Plus i'd rather watch a lady try to climb into the back of a 2 door car then to simply let her have her own door.

Yes, but its alot better outside the car ;). And like said many times before. There is no size differance between 2 door and a 4 door inside. its only on the 4 door that the openings are smaller. and the taller people have that b piller in the way.

This. My left rear regulator just took a shit not too long ago. I just don't even bother with the rear windows anymore.
