In WI, I have to take pictures of the whole car, sides, front, rear, and engine to submit along with the application. If it is not original then forget about the classic plate.Comment

I don't think they care that much. My dad's classic is modified (but not obviously) and I don't think they said anything. I've also seen obviously modified classics with historic tags.Comment

this. Its currently stock so I feel like I could just mod it after I get the tags. plus I only really plan on doing wheels and suspension stuff to this one so it wont come off as that modified.Comment
