    This is the kind of car (and asking price) that might have gotten laughed off this forum just one or two short years ago. No longer, I suspect.

      Interesting topic. My brother was just commenting how he thought the $5K profit he cleared on his mint 2002 seems laughable now compared to how much more he could get for it 5 years later. Cars like his are clearing $20K.

      I think E30s are heading the same way. Makes me glad I bought mine when I did!
