Anybody heard or have a solution to bottoming out on your frame? I was thinking of some kind of thin hard plastic rail system, like old school skate board rails, to slide on rather than grinding on your frame over things like speed bumps. I have my exhaust raised now, but I can hardly make it over any type of speed bump. My buddy has a Lexus with rail guards like im referring to and he slides smoothly over them. Just wondering if anybody has seen or tried this on their E30? thanks...

If you go diagonally over a speed bump you WILL smack/scrape the pan.
Best method is take it straight forward as the pan is linear to your wheels. IS Lips can flex if they contact.
OP go around the bumps. E36's are worse off than us.
