Yuppers. I take tools to tune the suspension and fix any potential problems along with scuba tank for air, food, seats and shade. I am at the point I should trailer the car or buy a trailer for the tires and tools.

Yeah, there is a lot of roof rack hate on this board because some hipsters throw them up for looks, rather than actual function.

Both Harbor Freight and HD both sell folding 5x8 trailers that could carry some boards around. Just put some flagging tape to carry it around. Based on your logic, a full super duty couldn't carry boards either.

Given that this in an e30, its never going to tow or haul much, but not being able to get a couple 4x8 sheets of plywood on a trailer, you are really not trying at all.

The hipster thing though is perfectly understandable though, those douches ruin everything.

Based on your logic, nothing he says is going to make sense, just because he said it.

Also, it's not easy for a group of people to 'ruin everything' unless you care that they're associated with it and what other people will think of you.

          Nice Pabst.

Not having a roof rack so you can tell everyone you're not a hipster.

I was thinking that the typical E30-able trailer would be shorter than 8' (like 5' long), which would make hauling longer stuff problematic, just based on the geometry. However, obviously an 8' trailer could easily carry a sheet of plywood. I was thinking that an E30-able trailer would be akin to a garden trailer.

Of course, I will also need to figure out how to attach a trailer hitch to a late E30.
