Re: this topic, WTF is going on with e30 prices. I saw a $10,000 IX in NY and there's one for $12,500 in Colorado. SERIOUSLY?!

The guy is out of his mind. The highest I'd pay for it would be 8-9k. Low miles or not.

While I do think this price is ridiculous at this time, I think these cars have been undervalued for a long, long time.

Think of all of the other cars available in their era and you'll realize they're the best in their class - and very likely the best overall car - of their day.

Came you name another car that does everything that these cars can do as well? I can't! :???:

Any classic car where the typical example sells for less than $10,000 is cheap, and when the car in question is as good as this one it's a steal. ;D

imo its worth more if it was all OEM. gay wheels and ebay brakes. 7k max for that car.

^ I agree with this... 100% OEM with that mileage should be worth a pretty penny... But this is getting crazy.

Yep, value is in originality, and he kinda shot himself in the foot by modifying it. His mods kinda suck, too.

                          Thankfully the mods are reversible.

Strange to me is how dirty the underneath of the car is for having 38K on it.

Unplugging at the diff or rolling back the odometer is so easy on these cars.
