Epic no budget bimmers deserve the v10. It's like the M156/159 AMG equivalent, you won't ever be able to keep a straight face when it blasts your car sideways.
S70 if it wouldn't ruin the fun of driving anything else.Comment

M54/n52 have superior tq curves while being way lighter. The appeal of the m30 is mostly period correctness and cost.Comment

if money wasn't an issue and I had it my way though, I would build a high rpm short stroke 4.8 ls1 or an S54 with big cams and a vanos delete.= Heidi 1988 325 -> 335i. 7200rpm built M30Comment
