a few days ago, my wife and i stopped by bmw of north houston to get a new key made for the daughter's e36.
while we were there, we decided to drive a few used cars. the salesman handed us the keys for an 08 m6, a '12 750i, a '13 z4, and finally a 2013 135is msport package cabrio.
the car was a hoot. we both loved it. i would have preferred a manual trans, but the dual clutch 7 speed is pretty awesome. (and i am trying not to lose sight of the fact that its for the wife)
when we got home, i did some looking on line and found this:
we test drove it today. the price is pretty decent, its loaded, it drives like a modern day e30. it really is a lovely car. the engine is the single turbo version (n55?) rather than the somewhat troublesome (n54?). seems like the only mod is a dinan cat back exhaust. it sounded much better than the 2013 we tested a few days earlier.
what say you r3v?
