Seems a lot of people can't seem to get their closed-mindedness past the word "stance" in the website's title lol

Seems like the fanboys can't take it when someone gives something they like a little bit of criticism lol

It is fair to say that based on what typically makes the rounds from their site, and the past reputation, just about everyone pictures this when they see a link to stanceworks:

And it's fair to be pleasantly surprised when you see something that is tasteful and usable instead of the typical fare.

Unpopular opinion: I like driving and don't tend to like cars that are rendered nearly undriveable in pursuit of a hackneyed aesthetic. I can appreciate the technical aspects of some stanced out cars being a clean build, but I don't have to like it just because everyone else does
