    Oil change horror story
    =

    Jiffy Lube.

Guaranteed- if you see that sticker, at the very least, the oil drain bolt will
be fuckered, and there'll be a 'repair bolt' jammed in there.

    If you're lucky.

Brutal! When I went to the original forum post I saw a targetted ad on the bottom of the screen from Jiffy Lube. Gotta love automated marketing!

Doesn't matter what you think. The guy was in he middle of a move and wanted a quick service. Oil changes are hard to mess up, and a shop that specializes in oil changes should be able to get the job done properly. It's not unreasonable to believe that a shop like Jiffylube can actually do an oil change.

The guy got screwed. Do you really have to be a dick about it?

Probably not holes cut in the bottom of the car.
                And the trans fluid dumped.
That's a Jiffy Scroober that's WAAAYYYY off his meds, for sure.

10-30 instead of 0-40? Yeah, maybe that.

This. I know the people at those shops are frequently quite incompetent and even dishonest, double-gasket on the oil filter, wrong oil weight, stripped out plug, selling you services they don't actually do (flushes). But this was probably the worst case of a Jiffy Jab that I've ever seen. I mean, come on - there's incompetence, then there's outright headcase behavior, like cutting off a damn undertray.

Why would you even go there? They probably don't even use the right SAPS oil even if its the same weight.
Ma che cazzo state dicendo? :|
