    If you're a 6500 between every light kinda guy, don't use it.

    If you regularly shift at 4500 or less, it'll be fine.

    The danger is that the friction surface will fly apart inside the bellhousing,
    and the chunks will bind things up.

    Personally, I would not use it- but I'd put it in my friend Steve's car without qualms-
    he shifts at 2500 whether he needs to or not.
