ANybody knows about this Bimmer? looks interesting, if is true about the engines that will be dropped , I should take the turboed one.





Here is the new M2 and some basic info:

The engine variants are as follows for the 2 series line:
a 2.0L four @ 150hp
a 2.0L turbo four @ 200hp
either a 3.0L @ 225 or a Turbo 2.5 @ 250hp
and for the M2 a 300hp 3.0L six
it will have step/ 5 or 6spd's/ ans SMG availible:
Price range from low $20K to low $30k's for M2 availible sometime in 2005-2006

I love the new look. The new 5's are one of the best engineered cars I've ever seen. Those babies are beautiful. And i can't wait to see these M2 cruising down the highway. I love it!

Those are the wheels from the CSL, and it also has an E46 looking roof and windows.

Plus, why would there all of a sudden be an M2 without there being a base 2-series?
It doesn't add up. The M cars are motorsport versions of the current production model.
