unknown...... hehe odo broke at 147,000 in 2004, it was some ladies 3rd car that her uncle gave her and was not driven much in the past 4 years. My guess is it is near 165K-175K at this point. I really need to buy new gears.
Sees redline several times EVERY time it gets driven.
Fresh WalMart high mileage (very high zinc content, don't talk smack unless you know the chemistry) oil and a Mahle, Mann or BMW filter every 3,000 miles.
PO beat the bitch down so bad...valve stems are totally shot, can't use a gauge to measure valve lash, so I do it by hand/feel...nice and quiet.
Car has definitely lost power in the last 10,000 miles. Time for some serious work, like a 24V swap or a fresh motor.

I just got back from a trip in the 90 325i and it just rolled past 270,XXX
My buddys 87 325e when he got it was 320,XXX before a ring broke. He was the 3rd owner and receipts all the way up till he got it.
