I think I got that same color to paint my front brake calipers a few years ago. It did not turn out the color I hoped at all...like you said, it's like a smurf color. :)

      Looking great T.J.

Was the drill in the forward position?? j/k
It shouldn't have been too hard, I drilled through a strut tower with a small bit when i was remounting my inner fender lining, I was pushing really hard and it went through pretty smoothly and fairly quick.

Can't wait to see the progress.

Come to think of it, I am not sure. My mom had been using the drill that day, maybe she switched it. I didn't look. DOH!

Only reason i said so is because i've done that before....I was thinking to myself, why the hell is this so hard...

looks good TJ. You'll love having it all tightened up under there. I just did some of that stuff to my front end and it is really tight now, time well spent. You'll be happy you did it

My Uncle did a transmission swap on his Mustang. Shortly before he pulled the auto, massive neutral drops were had. Then again, he is a redneck.

                  Day 3:

Finished painting my strut bar. It came out nice, I am happy with it.

I dropped the exhaust and differential.

I removed all the brake calipers, and removed the pistons from the calipers for rebuilding. I also flushed the brake system out with clean fluid, then drained it all and removed the resevoir.

A ton of parts came in today. All that I am waiting for is the VHT caliper paint, and the bushings, which should both be here tomorrow.

heh, my guess is that is his mom's if she is young and cool....sister's, Stephanie's or various other female friends of his, his friend's, or his brother's.

                              Is that a Hayne's manual?
