Great post Mariano, know just how you feel. That old section of the 110 blew me away the first time I was on it many years ago. It can be mighty entertaining in the right car, which you so obviously have.

I rarely go very fast out where i live, Mcleansville NC, in fear of hitting a deer. But I occassionaly feel spirited, but 110's about all your gonna get with a 3.73 gearing lol

With a 3.73 I went an indicated 137mph, with a 4.10 it now only goes 129 :(

you never been above 100 mph whats wrong with you i use to break a 100 every day for a year how fast have you been then 65 shit when i got my 07 335i twin turbo after i broke in the motor i had to see how fast it was tops out at 155 now thats fast

fastest I have been is 135, after a while it really doesn't feel any different from 35. That is something I'd much rather do on a track, where I don't have to worry about cars cutting me off or getting a huge ticket. it's a totally different feeling and makes driving "fast" on the street seem pretty silly.

Yup, after doing track days on a sportbike, driving fast on the street isn't worth it. Not to mention it has lost its appeal when you experience what can happen.

I've never taken my E30 above 85-90.

Not to mention, cars are slow.

i do 100 on the regular (jacksonville is very spread out). the car just feels like it was made to cruise at that speed. i think i must have the 2.9x gears because i hit 120+ at arround 4.5 RPM

deer scare me too. do you have an eta though? because a B25 can definitely do more than 110 with a 3.73. my 135 was with a 4.10 and there was still room for more but my car is slow and it would have taken a long while to go much faster. On the track I was doing maybe 120-125 tops (funny my wife freaked out about me drag racing, when I was going waaay faster in the HPDE).
