cheap headers may end up costing you in the long run depending on the bill from the muffler shop.

all I need is about 4 inches of the old pipes bent or replaced and an o2 bung on the other side, I was quoted at $300-400 for the complete install, I think the shop can handle bending the old pipes into the x pipe and welding a bung in. Last Time I got exhaust work it was $70 for a new cat install with the extra piping that was needed.

Same thing with all the other ones I've ever installed, these really are direct copies.

The only difference I saw in these was the split pipe fasteners instead of pipe clamps or welding.

yeah thats why I had it installed at the neighbors instead. It should be less than $100 to get the cat section back in.

for all people interested in buying these, I say go for it but expect to run into problems and spending a little more money.

We're definitely gunna need a butt dyno graph and some numbers from the burnout-o-meter.

the x-pipe was pointing about 2 inches away from the cat section, so its needs new pipes welded at the right angle, but other than that they fit pretty good.

okay, got everything together, the car sounds amazing (kinds wierd, i'm not used to it yet), pulls amazing, and they look amazing. definitely worth the money. car seems to pull harder sooner than before around 2k rpms. on the burn out-o-meter its about the same, its sounds awesome, kinda like a wrx at low rpms and e46y at high rpms, the pitch is higher than before, on the butt dyno I would say about 10+hp, it honestly feels really good, alot more of a difference than any of the performance chips I've tried have done.

It's always a good rule of thumb to stay away from any large car-related chain shops if you care much about your car

Those headers look awesome though, I think you've inspired me to order a set pretty soon. Would love to see a vid/sound clip if possible.
