its all in the tune, how rich it runs and how well your enigine runs makes all the difference. but fuel milage should not be in your head if your going turbo lol

Nice meeting you Saturday. I want to see this thing after you put it back together. Pretty impressed man, I need to start a savings account just for my car.

yep. for drag racing and that much power you need something around 315s for the rear. lol.

I can't imagine what you think a "crazy all out e30" is when you already have this e30
haha I think this 440whp all done up e30 is pretty crazy.
I guess you mean something like bender's e30?

I'm not sure if it was asked in this thread or not, but why did you O-ring the block as opposed to MLS? O-ringing costs more, no?

i asked around and talked to a couple guys, and the general consensus was oring with paper gasket would hold more than a mls. i didnt go so far as making a reciver groove in the head or welding the coolant channels, which is even better. and really, there is no cost to orings. a local guy owns the oring tool and like a 5lb spool of wire, so no cost there. all i spent money on was a new oem gasket and arp studs, which youd have to get anyways.

are you staying stock displacement just rebuilding everything? or will you up the ante...what kind of rebuild are we talking?

Im very interested to follow this rebuild you are going to do

do you have any shots of your manifold work? I know you stated you welded it I believe, on your e30tech thread or maybe it was bimmer forums....either way Id love to see it.

this build is inspiring. you should dyno it at 22...

What a CLEAN build! I think this is now what I'm going to base my turbo build on.
