Honestly, I'd go taller than a 3.25 with that much power.

I run a 3.25 with ~240rwhp and sometimes I think I'd be better off with taller legs.

How did you mount the wastegat? I see it sticking up, but on the manifold shots I cant see an external flange for it.

Looks very nice! I think in the future you should intercool it, it opens up more possibilities.

Cool... Is that the car your roller painting? If it's not going to be IC, then maybe put a alcohol injection setup on it.

          Lol What is alcohol injection??

Yes, that is the car that i'm rollering. I took off all my body panels to do in the basement. Should be done in march completely.

The manifold has the external wastegate flange on the opposite side of the turbo and the wastegate downpipe conforms to the exhaust downpipe. it's a nice setup. Thanx guys

what rear end do you recommend? 2.93 with 300rwhp? Anybody selling any lower gear differential?

All that wild body work, J-lines, a turbo, and you are rollering the paint? Come on.

What i ment to say was water-methanol inj. I thought about using this kit on my Grand National since it's a non intercooled car.

No wild bodywork. I scrapped all that shit.. I'm just sticking with the stock look and a factory "is" front lip.

I will. why does that scare you? it's just tapping for intake vacuum. I had a vacuum set up from the other end to suck up any shavings. If that didn't get everything, i used a telescoping magnet to catch the rest.

Nice - what are you doing for fuel? How close is the turbo to the fender/frame rail? I'd love to know more!!!!

I take it this is not smog approved? Or does the TCD kit some with a sticker?

I dont trust your vacuum and magnets wont pick up aluminum chips. You really should have pulled the mani off. I hope you dont have any stray chips.

the magnet seems to pick up any and all chips. I started the car, it ran pretty good, but needs a tune bad. lol

I'll explain much more about the turbo in detail when i'm done with the whole project in march. The turbo i don't think is smog legal, but i dont know if i have to worry about that in upstate, NY. Not to mention, i know people who can inspect it for me anyway.

Don't worry frank, I did the samething to my m30 when I installed it.

I forgot to tap a nipple into the intake for the brake boster (e28/e24 don't have vacume assist!!!!) I did mine on the bottem, drilled and tapped. 2 years later the motor is fine.

the chips would have been aluminum though?

what are you gunna use to tune it?
