Alpine installed. Alpine has customized colors so I think I got it matching!

Rebuilding the axle shafts. Need to source one since I mushroomed the end of one of mine while removing it.

Finally was able to continue to work on the car. Some progress this weekend.

Got a new heat shield in to get rid of all the nasty rusted stuff.

Got the diff done and the subframe ready to go back in. Didn’t because I need some new brake hard lines.

All new hardware, paint, speed sensor for the diff. Have the wires for the rear all newly wrapped. Getting there! Subframe will go back in this weekend.

I hope it all stays shiny.

Got the original subframe out and it was a pain in the ass. Had a piece of the bushing break into the chassis so need to chisel it out.

Got the subframe powdered and will put it together this weekend. I have all new parts and am working on getting the original rear subframe out of the car. It’s getting there!

Started the deconstruction of the rear. It’s been going pretty well until I got to the passenger side axle shaft. Won’t budge with heat, beating the crap out of it and other methods.

Rear end rebuild - let’s get at it. Need to get subframe to powder first.

All fully wired and plumbed. The front end and motor are done! Now just need to run gauges to power/ground and finish up ECU install. On the the rear!
