Stopped by Rory's over the weekend and did some work.

I still had some vibration when I got on it, turns out I forgot to preload the CSB and this was the outcome

Popped the spare guibo off Rory's parts car

Much better... don't forget to preload your CSBs!

Speaking of Rory, here's what we were up to on his car

    Cool beans.

Move the CSB bracket forward before bolting it tight so it has tension.

your gf and mine have the same car. early model, cirrusblau, with a blue interior. she has her original seats though. she got it with 130-140k miles when she was 16. she is 23 now, at 193k miles. a testament to how gentle she is with the car, the transmission is the smoothest g260 i've ever driven and her rear subframe bushings are perfectly intact, so is her csb and everything else.

this pic was taken 7 years ago when we just started dating. unfortunately, someone (maaco lol) did a crappy repaint on the drivers side fender and a horrible paint match on drivers side third of the hood. now all the clearcoat has faded off. :/

i put a set of 15x7 Racing Dynamics on her car yesterday. :D it has a 3.73 LSD, bilsteins, and h&rs all around. its also a 5 speed.

Awesome. I love cirrus, I only wish my paint was in halfway decent condition. The car was my friend's girlfriend's though, not my girlfriend's.

:p don't you have a subframe bolt to extract or something?

Anyway the install is coming along, I just decided to mount the amp to the box and make a carpeted panel with a cutout.

The previous install left the amp missing, luckily the wiring to the trunk is still there.

                            Trunk tar came out intact

Install is mostly done (sub is operational) but I didn't have time or patience for lots of pics...

Did take a few videos for shits though
                              (don't mind the surface rust)

Then we realized that I didn't have any wire cutters that were beefy enough for 4AWG power wire...

And actually the cut was way cleaner than the wire cutters they used at Home Depot..
