I am excited, to say the least. Hopefully the cutoff doesn't get demolished by smiley lenses.

You can reset them, just search. I did it to mine, you just jump 2 pins on the obd port

Alright, seriously. How much and how do you go about it? I would LOVE to get a pair of these in my car. Let me know some particulars, man!

It is not particularly cheap but you will be able to fizzle people's retinas by strobing your high beams should you want.

FX-R projectors
Philips 85122+ bulbs
50W ballasts

I would suggest doing a bit of reading on HIDplanet.com as there is a lot to know about retrofits. But the FX-R is great for what I wanted.

Total was around $320 shipped for the kit, plus the Bosch smileys (with no fluting to keep beam dispersion to a minimum)

Putting them in is a matter of hacking up the smileys, making a bracket or somehow securing the new projectors into position and sealing them up, then figuring out the wiring (I have found the cheap harness that comes in that kit is well, just that, but it's a decent starting point).

My smileys probably will not be coming for another 2 weeks or so, so updates will probably be delayed a bit :(

Well, it hasn't been done and documented in Bosch smileys as far as I have seen. The only time I have actually seen results is into US ellipsoids with fluting on the lens, and it fuzzed up the beam pattern. So I am going to try Bosch smileys without any fluting and hope for the best.
