Yeah, And now he's offline and I'm left wondering if this car was the scene of grisly double homicide or on the set of a gay porn move or totaled and rebuilt with the tools and products from a manicure set :(
See above :eeek: My entire life is hold right now, have some compassion
EDIT, that Farbin is a sneaky one. He beat me to the last post. Phew, thanks for the info.

I know the owner before the PO, I assume. I used to see it around in my high school days. Sorry in advance for having to go to such a butt crack place like Thousand Palms, CA.Leave a comment:

Rob, PM me if you need something to mount that tab back on properly. Thanks for the info., and reminding me about this feature
I want to make it a respectable weekend cruiser. As noted by Mr. McCooney below, it has a stout platform. No signs of accident history, but it's far from pristine. A couple dents and few dings, lots of miles, a so-so re-spray, a replacement hood, and holes drilled in the rear decklid to mount the aftermarket spoiler.
It's begging to be saved though, so once it's running right, it will get new seat leather, a new top, and a good re-spray.
As a weekend cruise-mobile, I'm going to see if I can hang with it being an automatic. But an engine/drivetrain swap may be in the long-term plans.
Working on that...

Note that the bottom left passenger side ellipsoid mounting tab was broken in transit, s^ck@m0th@f*cka

So right after I said I'm going to keep it original, this Hella/Momo steering wheel arrives in the mail. I really love the look, size and feel of this wheel. I have the exact same wheel on my 318i.

I think this small diameter m-tech II wheel would be the more correct replacement for the original 4-spoke airbag wheel, but I think I prefer the Hella better
They are the exact same diameter - 370mm. Any thoughts?
