I'm going to guess they're either lexan or spray over the smoked depot smileys.

Guess they didnt like the location. Did a diy french lense, came out 100x better than vinyl because I was able to add correct amount of orange to the yellow

Sounds like a custom paint mix with thinner based on Kam's comment but since he has already reached mad scientist levels of creativity, who knows.

well it rained.... a LOT. so my headlights got condensation in them, from what I think was the city light o-ring, so my car will had stupid fogged up headlights for petrolicious lol.
