Damn dude, that is starting to look mighty fine! Got any plans to be up in the San Jose area in the near future?

Thanks guys! I need to take some real pictures, but it probably wont happen this weekend. I needed to get the pics up before my girl got here, hence the zero comment post.

Will, I will be up in San Jose next weekend but the car wont. I will bring out someday, but it probably will be when theres a track day. I need to cross that off my bucket list

Fiance went to get her hair done, so I went and took some pics with the E30 in this little spot that I always thought would be cool

Have you thought about running a bra on the car to cover up the messed up part of the hood?

                    cars lookin good!

id advise re-doing that lip in plastidip. I used trim paint the first time I installed mine and the paint lasted maybe 6 months. I used plastidip and Its never chipped since then.

No worries, it would be cool to see the car, but if you have a little free time drop me a line. Since I have the 321iS back together from the suspension+driveline overhaul you should check it out. I also have a Wavetrac diff sitting in the garage waiting to be installed, but that may take a couple of weeks due to certain complications. Things are at least looking up a bit relative to the last email correspondence we had...it's been a bit of a rollercoaster!

Thanks for the love guys, its been quite a journey, but its far from over.

@rzerob, thats a good idea. I plan on getting a new hood as soon as I find a clean Alpine one, but that could work in the interim

@TimKninja we'll see how the SEM paint holds up, it was recommended by Alex (iwantspeed), which is why it meets his approval.

@bmwman Will we need to catch up again, a lots changed since I saw you last, I might finally get around to that dash I grabbed from you. Lets see if I can finally make this car look good, inside and out

@JeLani its welded on, dig into this thread and you'll see my whole process. lmk if you have questions. I saw that you have a rear valence, hopefully its not hiding any botched repair jobs like mine was
