I dermal the exhaust tip off. I’m going to slid a 2” pipe in it to hen a 2 1/4” pipe and 2 1/2 to muffler. I will be contacting Supersprint if they make 3” inlet pipe and dual tips.

I bought rear 294 x19mm 4x100 rotors and adapters for my silver e30 H35 project. The front will be 296x25mm Alpina BBK. I also ordered GC complete coil over kit.

I bought stainless steel for my exhaust piping fit a Hartge exhaust tip.
I didn’t want modify Hartge e30 M3 muffler. On line saw some one else modify a Hartge tip their Hartge project.

I’m excited to for the extra part these rear rotors 323x32mm.
i hope everything fits together. I might redo the front AP Racing brakes to 330x32mm rotors and new set up. I might ask about six piston AP calipers. A good car friend my told me over 30 years ago to do suspension and braking first before engine up grades. I believe that and I recommend it my car enthusiast.

I installed and weld in my down pipe. I think I need cut a 1/2 or 3/4” off the down pipe to get the 3” exhaust pipe closer under the body.
I been playing around with one of recaro seats brackets and install. I need to clean up the interior. I ordered new door seals from CAtune.

    Up date.
My turbo manifold I modified has a warp on front of flange. It was leaking between s38 stainless gasket. In the past I had it on table belt sander. It is to thin. I had good experience building a turbo manifold.
I ordered new PPF’s turbo manifolds for t4 and V band. I ordered V band for later v band turbo up grade.

On Saturday I ran a smoke test on intake and turbo manifold.
On intake I had a very small amount leak out of linkage in two areas. At this time I’m not going to worry about it. On turbo manifold and exhaust I had leak on down pipe V band and one of rear tips. The turbo manifold didn’t show smoke leak. My friend and I could hear a very small leak. I decided to pull modified off to weld up the leak. I noticed I was not getting a complete seal on exhaust port in front of motor. I took to my friends shop to see if he can save it or scrape it. Meanwhile I’m going to order an other PPF s38 turbo manifold with Precision V band. That means a new turbo Precision V band turbo.

    Thank you.
I like your new toy you have.

I put the Hartge pan back on. Ran it for a while to check for any leaks. I was lucky with no leaks. My 16” spal grenaded on after ten minutes of running. I had to small bolt holding the fan in place. I thought there was enough room for blades not to interfere with blades. The plastic moves more under temperature of radiator and engine running. This time I used out side tabs secure it.

I will be putting everything back on motor. I’m going to do smoke test on turbo manifold and intake. I just want to make sure everything is good.

I pulled the timing cover off because one the bolts punched a small hole in it. I had my friend repair it. It looked ugly. I ordered a new one. The leak was above the turbo return line to pan. It was leaking between gaskets and Hartge wind tray.

ID:	10113702 This weekend I replaced the steering tie rods and got the motor to run steady. I have a small oil leak on pan. It is where it meets the block and timing cover. I will pull the Hartge H35-24 oil pan down to add rtv on top of gasket where timing cover. I hope it works. That was advised by my friend Brandon that works for BMW dealer.
