Thanks. I'm actually going to order another one because I am not happy with my job installing this one.

Soapy water on the windshield while you are installing it helps a bunch...Originally posted by LJ851kingston is the play by play announcer for this thread.

Yeah I did that but I didnt have the right squeegee and it was 91F out so I had a hard time getting all the water out before the banner started sticking. I ended up with water bubbles that I had to cut with a razer blade to bleed out. You cant see the cuts from the outside, but when your inside the car you can see the sun shining through and it really bugs me a lot.sigpic

Ah, gotcha.
When I did my first one, I got the windshield all soapy in preparation for putting the banner on. I managed to get the banner wet when the paper backing was still on it, and when i pulled the backing off, little pieces of the backing stuck to the sunshield. Couldn't see them from the outside, but every time i saw them from the driver's seat, it pissed me right the fug off!
One thought...it looks like the letters on the Condor Speed Shop banner on your rear window have an outline. you can get outlines on the letters for the front one from Acromann. might tie it together nicely. Just my $0.02...as always, I have a bit of a man-crush on your car, and I'm sure it will look bitchin' no matter what :)Originally posted by LJ851kingston is the play by play announcer for this thread.

No. Im just not using this car as much as I thought I would, and Id like to liberate some money to use in other places like school bills and my Yota SR5 truck.
The e30 just sits in the street 28 days every month and collects dirt. Id rather sell it to some one who will drive the piss out of it.
If it sells for my asking price thats cool, if not Ill keep it and do an engine swap some time next year and maybe convert it back into something more DD friendly. But I would rather do that with a plastic bumper car that already has decent paint.

Yeah its different when you are there. You get one walk around and one practice run to work things out, and thats plenty. Some people still get lost, but 99% get it right. Not that hard.sigpic
