lol, I hated the diving board plastic covers/trim! fine, i'll paint the weaves gold j/k but seriously, it's a fricking pos 318i, I have to make it look "basic" enough , then give it more power, then it can look aggressive with different wheels/stance etc. I haven't replaced the shifter yet because my car has the older style shift console, not the later style where you guys just get a z3/z4 ssk and be done with it. Pat@bma also wasn't sure if it would work for me, so i'll have to wait and do it later with the engine/tranny swap. I just gotta throw some carbotech p+ pads on it and replace the cat back and it's done for now.

Dude, the car looks dope! I love the minimalist look - it's clean and 'lean', for lack of a better word.

I want to swap my dash, but I know that for me, even the smallest cosmetic interior fix is a slippery slope that will end up in me redoing the entire interior. So, I'll live vicariously.

honda-tech is the least moronic one. (and has a great track section that everyone buys/sells race tires and springs)

Should have never gotten rid of those Enkei 92's...I say paint the centers gold or something on your baskets, would look real nice and would freshen up the paint on them.

Also, do you plan to splice in a late model rear piece like Josh did? Or maybe some aftermarket piece to cover that area? Looks real nice though man...

Really? Before this thread I hadnt even heard of anyone using that lever. Maybe I will have to search for more info on that.

Jean that interior is awesome. The car is sweet, keep it up. And btw, do you have any more interior shots in another thread by any chance?

Its a good lever because it sits high, so there is less time from your hand leaving steering wheel to shift and back. I'm sure its a shorter throw as well, I'll let Trent speak for himself though, I don't have it in my car.

you can order the part# regardless of where the car was sold..
