[laughs in custom AC lines crimped and silver soldered by my local hydraulic shop]

The problem is that it's harder than it should be to find some parts like fittings, my E30's Sanden conversion wasn't bad though just off the shelf #8 and #10 fittings and my home brew bracket.

This means cars can back go home. Ac in old cars is a fools errand.

It was a good month to focus on riding. I tried to get 20 miles in every weekday before work.

And If I was able to keep at it, id build a new bike.

Getting miles, I always forget to caputre milage ending 987.

Finally, A little somthin for the E30.

Haltech R5 with Universal harness. I'll use the universal harness for an ECU harness and put a cannon plug on the fire wall for now to the factory modified Engine harness

Abandoning the Life Racing Ecu for now. Local support is phenomenal, which could help more with a limited effort learning curve.

Water Tight BMW Connectors... I no longer know you.

    When E30s start getting good

NLA? FINE. Washer for the push pin.

Sanden Compressor on S14. Finally! What a rigamarole. IM A TELL YOU SOMTHING FROM THE FUTURE. TEST drove 100+ miles, all good. Within a week after the customer has the car back.. the aluminum fittings than came with the hoses blew apart. Groupe N mounts perfect. DONT USE ALUMIUM FITTINGS AT COMPRESSOR.

    OEM HIFI

Upgraded the fan connector. BMW Weather Tight Connectors, I no longer know you.

    STONKS!

Egh, S54 New Starter. I don't think I like you.

Snugged up and steaked the hardware - Standard Zakspeed Due Diligence

Some details, and details missing on where this needed trimmed. Nothing like cleaning up Right stuff a few times on a sandwiched piece. YE

Replaced some of those plastic bits

    Eventually, all good. all better.

Next is the third radiator, Low temp T-stat, Water pump, Belt, Clean out the Radiators.

One of the easiest things of done so far.. All pieces purchased from Porsche, Minus Radiator. The radiator is just a stock Behr.

    Clean all the Gank out

Radiators are actually pretty nice shape. Straitened a few of the fins.

    Ducts back together

The 3rd Rad vents from the bottom so I had to cut 4 rectangles. I added little flappers. You can vent from the top with s smile vent. But looks cheap.

    Found it! Ready for re-assembly

There's the water pump T-stat zone

I AVOIDED BUYING A VACUUME COOLANT FILL TOOL FOR 38 YEARS OF MY LIFE TILL NOW...

Put some GT3 Brake ducts on. Had to order from Europe. nobody had stock. odd..

Finally, 3 of the 4 Michelins are out of round and getting my defect powder coated wheel fixed!

Im 10000% with you on a non-black or silver Porsche being the way to go. Finding the Glacier White was the main catalyst to get me to finally buy one. If I wasnt adamant about taking my kiddo with me I would've had a Cayman or Elise... for now, the 996 does it.
Basically... The 987.2 motor is next level. :p Great catch, those are NEW all red tails from Porsche, I've always had a thing for all red tails on certain cars. Thank you

Always wanted a full size golden doodle. I'm sure id find a 911 then.. Less is more currently.

Silvers just have to have the right feel, most don't. This one on BAT is running out of time, 987.2 GT sliver, on sea blue > Other silvers. But I feel like it has some character. Looks like a nice daily. Kinda relaxing color pallet.
