Repainted my BBS Style 5 centers with Wurth silver and clear lacquer. Replaced the BMW wheel roundels, reassembled and reinstalled. Looks great!
Made three more attempts to remove my stuck O2 sensor and then took it to my local shop. They tried for a while too, gave up, and told me to leave the car with them tomorrow. Ridiculous how tight that thing is. At least it will be done tomorrow. Sometimes you need to know when to punt.

I only drive the vert once a week usually and put <1000 miles on it last year, but it was due for some love.
Not today, but last weekend. Installed H&R springs, tie rods, control arms, CABs, sway bar bushings, motor mounts, oil pan gasket, and power steering reservoir. Big thanks to Mouse for his assistance with these jobs. Much easier (possible) to align the subframe with 2 people on reinstall.
^Still have some cleaning to do, but it's 90% better than before. The subframe, oil pan, and rack were all covered in oil before.
And then this weekend I replaced the radiator (slow seep from original), all the large cooling hoses, coolant crossover pipe (original was corroded and leaking), and other related parts.
Next weekend am replacing the coolant reservoir (not leaking but want it clear), intake boot, auto trans filter/fluid, trans cooler line orings, and some other parts.

I rebuilt and reinstalled my charcoal vapor canister, reglued my Velcro rear window hooks, finished installing the last new vacuum hose, and removed the fuel vapor purge valve and lines to prep for replacement tomorrow.
A nice how-to (not mine) on the canister rebuild can be found here:

The tax was just so much less than the $10 to ship a 2 ounce package from the other sources.

Head went back on for a second time. I had to replace all of my intake valves. I went ahead and replaced the cam gear also and threw on the ITG filters to check fitment. I also did a fillet seal along each intake manifold to ensure 0 leaks with aircraft sealant. Reinstalled the Nuke fuel rail and checked timing.

I have been having a clunk in the rear of my car on both sides. I replaced the shock mounts ~1 year ago and installed reinforcement plates at the same time. I have checked that the nuts were tight a few times.
Well I had the rear end up in the air and noticed a gap from the shock mount to the body and I could wiggle the shock. So I dropped the car back down and tore the trunk apart. When I installed the reinforcement plates, they had almost no wiggle room between the bolt holes. So when I tightened the nuts a year ago, it jammed the reinforcement plate sideways making it seem like the nuts were fully tight. Fixed it by tightening the nuts a little at a time going back and forth and no more clunking!!! Finally silence after a year, and yes I was trying to find the source during that year, very little driving the car.
