        Drove it out of state, over 1000 miles away from all my tools, and removed the front suspension in a friends garage to install new springs.

          New coil, crankcase breather hose, fuel lines to the tank and filter/fuel pump, plus I fixed an intake leak at the idle control motor. Runs much better now :D

                valve adjustment and fixed some problems with the valve cover

                      Test fitted the new brakes. 345x28 e46 m3 csl rotor with evo9 caliper. Fits perfect in the 17 :)

                          New distributor cap and rotor. After 3 fucking owners and 25 years NO ONE had changed the damn spark wires. I was lucky that only one had a hole, but I sprang for a full loom. Also having a shop do the rear axles.

                            Did you follow a specific DIY for the cap and rotor. I intend to do mine in the next day or two.

                              I was having the timing belt replaced at a shop, and they noticed the poor condition of the cap and rotor. Because it was exposed for the timing belt repair, it was no extra labor cost to have it done, so I had them do the replacement.
