A little of both, I didn't like the results with stripper on 1'st wheel, so a broom with dawn and a rinse, then painted after dry with "metallic nickle matte".

fixed my odometer and my gas gauge. I honestly don't know why i waited so long, odometer is hella useful

Finished the timing belt about ten hours ago. Sounded like more than a faint zzzZZZzzzZZZzzzZZZ while idling and revving. So at just about 4:30am had to take the rubber cover off and take a look. A quick adjustment proved i had the belt a little to tight. we will see how it sounds as soon as everyone wakes up.

note:Just let the spring do the adjustment. ( i pushed with my thumb a little)

well tuesday morning i slid into a curb with the e30. bent the wheel and broke the CV axle. also bent the mounting plates for the trailing arm fun stuff
