Utah doesnt have many enthusiasts for BMW's. Which I like in a way... Ya know they are not everywhere.

True that. There's a small non CCA club up here in SLC, but most of them drive E36/39/46/92 M cars.

Ya meng, my car has a nasty respray and is peeling like a mofo!

What tire in particular are you hoping to fit? The only 275 i can think of that has a diameter small enough would be 275/35/15. 17's would be way tall.

Care to elaborate on the rear bumper installation?

I was thinking 275-40-17 which is 25.7" o.d. and it would pair nicely with a 245-45-17 which is also exactly 25.7" o.d.
Or the 315-35-17 which is 25.7" too....

If I go with a 255-40-17 the o.d. is 25" but tires are a lot more expensive than the 275.

I might have to go 18's...

Some other options for 17" would be 255-40-17 which is 25" tall with a 245-40-17 which is 24.7" tall... These tires would be around $60 my cost.

                          I searched some 18" like,
                          285-30-18 = 24.7" $200
                          225-35-18 = 24.2" $145
                          or
                          255-35-18 = 25" $130
                          265-35-18 = 25.3" $130
                          or...
                          315-30-18= 25.4" $350

Too many choices... I am going to have to just measure and figure out what I can fit then that will narrrow my choices down width wise then I will have a better Idea of what is possible.
