      Confirmed, those Jeep ducks are definitely given for touching tips.

      Now it's all so clear.

          Got a replacement key for the E30 straight from BMW.

          Key is nice. Has some real weight to it.

          Works like shit rn. Hoping it smooths out with some use..

          73 bucks

              the key doesn't work at the trunk and locks.....

              barely works with the ignition.

              probably cut like shit.. Working better and better with the ignition but the first time I got the ignition to work with it, it felt like the key was gonna break...

              my shitty bent 15 year old key was working fine..

                do they look like they're the same? did someone swap any of the locks?

                My driver door has definitely been swapped because I have two sets of keys. I think my ignition is super worn because both keys work fine there.
                Always meant to buy one of those new key sets but they're NLA now.

                  The old key is gone...

                  My car was one key for the trunk, doors and ignition.

                  It works mostly fine in the ignition but the doors and trunk nahhh..

                  I de burred it a bit. In theory this key should work the best, since it's not a copy of a copy of a copy...

                    Maybe BMW just fucked up cutting it, or the whole set was swapped at some point?

                      It has improved a lot over the past few days.

                      I can use it in the door lock now lol

                      I think the doors, ignition and truck have worn with the original key together so this fresh key just needs to get some miles on it.

                      Got some goodies for the Jeep

                      I installed everything already. Took an hour and fifteen tops for everything.

                      The aftermarket is so strong for this car, so everything is plug and play.

                      The Borla is the perfect volume. You can only hear it when you get on it. Same with the intake. Got both just for some auditory feedback, which I need when driving a manual.

                      The Bajas are Bajas, so they're great with a perfect cutoff so I don't blind on coming traffic. Got the SAE ones, so they're street legal.

                          I believe once you pass 69 ducks you are legally required to equip your Jeep with a set of reproduction penis wheels and Fuckstone tires.

                          Both of which are real things, so you know, there's a market.

                            I'm currently around 6 or 7 ducks

                            Many men try to kiss me daily, which is becoming an issue.

                            I wanted to buy a Harley, but I think I would be a little overwhelemed by all the men trying to kiss me or even worse.

                              well, I thought I was done with adding cars, but..........

                              yeah

                              Back story; my dad restored this car about 30 years ago for his buddy. Robert, the owner, has been daily driving this thing every since... Both my dad and Robert are getting older and If you've ever sat in a 914, you can imagine pushing 80 and having to do that on the reg just aint gonna work.

                              Robert really wanted me to own the car, since my dad did the car for him years ago and he know I'll keep it running and keep using it.

                              ~~~~~~~~~~~my first VW
                              1973 914 with a 2.0 type 4 and a dogleg 5 speed
                              it got a pretty horrific noise from the engine at idle. Sounds like the generator pulley is about to Frisbee golf itself into the stratosphere.
                              I'll drop the engine and JB weld it or sum ting idk
