That was last year. I haven't even washed it at all this year. Got lazy and now it's cold out

I wash my K1200, which I hate, because it always lets me down, and almost never my Guzzi V7, which I ride almost every day.

My reasoning is that even at 45k miles the BMW has some value, whereas the MG is now pretty close to worn out at 32k.

Time for something new to me, shopping for a V9 to see if a slightly larger Guzzi does the trick.

What are MG bikes like to ride? I've never been on one. They look interesting.

They're simple. It is very much so old school motorcycling, but with EFI. People say they are uncomfortable, but I think this suspension is fine. With aftermarket pipes they make a fantastic noise, and they are just a lot of fun to get on, ride, thrash, with no excuses.

So far it is also been fairly easy to work on, two faults I've discovered, the speedo sensor is very problematic to replace considering the cable routing, and the adjustment mechanism for the clutch throw is a pain in the dick.

They are not what I would call high quality machines overall, but they're certainly not junk either. The price point reflects that.
