Thanks bud! Just sucks it's a lot of money, and feels like time wasted. Nice score on the light!

If you plan on passing the test, then the idea of it being time wasted is irrelevant if the goal is success.

So the other night, I rode in a friend's 5.0(old) swapped E30 he had just gotten. Swap seemed to have been done right. But there was a nasty vibration at higher speeds. So, we went to an empty highway and he tried roasting the tires. Dumped the clutch, started to roast, then THUNK, followed by more thunks. Luckily, we were like a mile from his place, so he limped it back. Felt bad for him, but I assured him it comes with the territory of E30's in general... Poor kid lol

Sounds like he is going to need a new driveshaft

Flying out to pick up the 328i on Friday.
Pretty excited. I have all of the new parts for it already, minus the wheels.

My daughter aka mini me is quite an artist. Pretty sure I will donate all my vintage circa 1998 studio equip in exchange for an upper sleeve that can be hidden behind a short sleeve biz environment.

Charlotte NC, which is the same place I bought the Corvette from.
Also, one of four places the Baton Rouge airport flies to, so super convenient, which during a pandemic, limiting my air port/plane exposure is a plus.

Why not that too, we already have plenty of phishing threads.
