all right, lets change the subject for real this time.

Baked turkey sucks ass, fried turkey is superior.

This is year four that my friends and I fry a turkey for thanksgiving and we're never going back.

This is a pic of me on our second attempt haha

                Safety first!!! Lol

Got the little red brick back out and tagged. It's in desperate need of tires, though, so just to work and back for now. I'd like to take out money on the car to fix it up some, but will have to wait until either I buy the house or it falls through.

Yes indeed. I'm in Texas so we commonly do it this way here. When it's my responsibility to cook, that fucker gets his ass boiled in oil. There are rules though...the smaller the better. Never go over 12lbs. At 3 minutes per, a big Bird's extremities will be dust by the time the inside is done. I usually get (2 or 3) 9 pounders. After 27 minutes each, all that's left to do is cut it up, sit back and enjoy blissful heaven on your plate

Just not a fan of how dry it is. I like duck cause of how juicy it is. We usually have big giant steaks for thanksgiving.

The best part about fried turkey is that it’s not dry, not yet even close.
