Hopefully I'm remembering this correctly... I saw a study once about the carcinogen rating system and it was a low threshold for determining if something is carcinogenic. It was like 2x the placebo rate. Whatever this study was about had Cocacola listed and many other common items. Basically I don't really care about the labeling system and would eat all the blackened food because, is it really causing a problem? (also, moderation is key)
