I haven't updated in awhile, and can't remember or find (on my phone) the last time I posted.

Just today I weighed in at 206.8 after a workout in the morning. I started at abour 240 the beginning of this year. My goal was 200 by the start of summer and I was 204 when it started. I haven't been hitting the gym at all over summer. I've been indulging amd even did a week long all inclusive stay in Mexico. I lost tjree pounds while I was there surprisingly!

I still am in the mid 200-210 rqnge and fluctuate.

I plan to start watching what I eat a little more, drink more water (I started drinking sugary drinks), and doing more cardio at the gym.

I will try and keep up with my progess. It feels great to eat healthy and hit the gym. People don't know what they are missing out on.

Thanks. I keep wanting to pull the car all the way in to truly merge my hobbies.

We just had a drop-in today from the Arena, he was telling us the the Crossfit is lacking due to them primarily being a fight gym. We do hold self defense classes but that's about the extent of it.
If your friend Crossfits have her check us out at www.crossfithumanity.com
Saturdays at 11 we have free classes for anyone in the San Diego area.

Great work. Once you get used to eating right and exercising, its hard to stop.

Also for guys and gals on here that are wanting to lose weight check out "eat to perform" on Facebook. Has some great articles/ information of the foods and their functions . Eating less is not better, eating fat free is not better, eating diet pills is the worst. I will use E2Ps motto(Quality foods are the key here)

Weighed myself last night. Was at 159.8 which the lowest I've been in my adult life. Down a solid 30lbs since Christmas.

Here's what I do, I don't use super heavy weights, which helps you lean out.

                            1. Squat (body weight, ass to ground)
                            2. Hammer Curls 45lb
                            3. Pushup
                            4. Sit up (weighted) 40lbs on chest
                            5. Calf raises (weighted) 40lb
                            6. Alternating flat curls 40lb
                            7. Tricep dips
                            8. Hanging leg raises
                            9. Over head press 40lb
                            10. 1:30 minute plank
                            11. Tricep extension (dumbbell) 55lb

Do each workout round with minimum rest time between. Ie 10 seconds max. At least 10-15 reps, Do them quick but with proper form and break for max of 2 minutes between rounds, 5-6 rounds total. It gets your heart rate super high and helps burn stubborn fat really well. I calculated this workout for me at 6'4" 225lbs and I'm buring about 850 calories during it. It may sound easy but I garuntee if you go hard, after 5 rounds you will be drenched in sweat and ready to quit. It works great as a cardio substitute too if you hate running.

I do this 4 Times a week and also run the other 2 days and take one day off. I came to the desert where I'm deployed right now at 275lb 21% body fat, and I'm now at 225 and 16.7%. I've been working hard and taking no supplements, the 130ยบ heat seems to help a lot too lol.

You could always Crossfit. Please be careful though and find a reputable Crossfit box in your area to learn movement and form.

I eat roughly 4500 to 5000 calories a day and I'm still losing about 1/4 pound every two weeks. I do not measure my body fat but but I'm packing on muscle at the same time. I Crossfit 5 days a week. 30 minutes is usually spent practicing an Olympic lift. The other half hour is spent on the WOD and recovery. Then ever couple weeks or so ill do a HERO wods which usually takes an hour or so.
Crossfit won't make you big but it will make you fit. Body building will get you big but not necessarily make the fittest you. Think about your end goal then plan your routine.

I spent the last two weeks moving my warehouse at work. Lots of walking/running, lots of heavy lifting. Could not eat enough food and lost 4lbs. I'm not mad.
